Hi, I’m Debrin!

As a child, my love of cooking ignited a passion within me that guided my academic journey. During my undergraduate studies in Biology, I realized the profound impact of food on our well-being. This understanding reinforced my belief in the healing power of nutrition and the importance of choosing foods that nourish and support a healthy lifestyle, enhancing our overall quality of life.

After completing my master's degree and dietetic internship, I began my career in nutrition as a Clinical Dietitian at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. I assisted patients dealing with a range of complex medical conditions such as cancer, diabetes, and heart, kidney, and gastrointestinal and liver diseases. To better assist patients requiring nutrition support, I became a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician.

Recognizing the growing prevalence of obesity, I furthered my expertise by obtaining a Certificate of Training in Obesity in Pediatrics and Adults, which has enabled me to provide evidence-based weight loss counseling to individuals seeking effective and sustainable strategies.

Additionally, inspired by my own journey to motherhood, I have a profound devotion to helping women optimize their fertility, achieve healthy pregnancies, and support postpartum recovery.

Regardless of the nutritional challenges you may be facing, my commitment is to support you in developing effective and beneficial lifestyle habits that will assist you in reaching your goals.

Let's embark on this transformative journey together!
